• - Each copy of business registration certificate and certificate of incorporation
• - Each copy of shareholder list, bio of the management and organization chart
• - Each copy of business report and mid- and long-term business plan
• - Each copy of closing statements and audit reports over the recent three years
• - A copy of compound trial balance of the most recent month
• - Each copy of financial transaction statements of the most recent month (bank statement, payment guarantees, collaterals, etc.)
• - Audit reports or their equivalents on the guarantee or collateral providers
• - Other information requested by the analysts specialized in each industry (upon individual requests)
